What is the typical lead time for custom club orders?

Custom-built clubs typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks, as each set is hand-assembled to your specific shaft and grip specifications.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our premium golf gear globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy for golf clubs?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built sets are subject to a restocking fee.

Are Takomo clubs suitable for high-handicap players?

Absolutely. While we offer players' irons like the 101T, our 101 and 101U models are specifically designed with forgiveness and distance for mid-to-high handicap golfers.

Can I purchase individual irons or only full sets?

Most of our iron models are sold as standard sets (4-PW or 5-GW), but we do offer individual driving irons (101U) and wedges for separate purchase.
