Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused golf clubs or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all protective headcovers and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Takomo

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
